KATHUA, Mar 1: The district administration, Kathua has sealed an illegal crusher at Hutt Maska today. The orders for sealing the crusher were issued by District Development Commissioner, Rohit Khajuria.
He said the Sunil Stone crusher established in Hutt Maska was creating pollution in the area and posing a threat to environment. The owner of the crusher belonged to Himachal Pradesh but land belongs to J&K State. The location of crusher was selected cleverly in between the boundaries of two states on J&K side. But the power connection was taken from Himachal, officials said.
The Crusher was sealed by the team of officers and Naib Tehsildar, Hutt Maska including the police was also present on the occasion.
