JAMMU, Sept 3: A seminar on “Financial Statement of Non-Corporate Entities | Overview, Audit & Certification under RERA Act, 2016 and ESIC Insights: Overview, SPREE & Amnesty Schemes 2025” organized by the Jammu & Kashmir Branch of NIRC of ICAI was held here today.
The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of the profession who benefitted from the enriching technical sessions delivered by eminent speakers and the presence of distinguished dignitaries.
The seminar was graced by Vikas Kundal, Regional Director, ESIC J&K as chief guest, who in his address emphasised the importance of compliance with social security legislations and appreciated the role of Chartered Accountants in creating awareness and facilitating smooth implementation.
He also deliberated on overview of SPREE & Amnesty Schemes 2025, explaining the key provisions, compliance procedures and benefits available to employers and employees under the current initiatives.
Naresh Kumar Yadav, Regional PF Commissioner, Range II joined as special guest and shared valuable perspectives on strengthening transparency and accountability in social security administration.
Earlier, the programme was inaugurated by Sourav Pargal, chairman, J&K Branch of NIRC of ICAI, who welcomed the dignitaries and participants.
Mukesh Kumar, Assistant Director, ESIC Jammu, presented on ESIC Insights, Overview, SPREE & Amnesty Schemes 2025, explaining the key provisions, compliance procedures and benefits available to employers and employees under the current initiatives.
The valedictory address was delivered by Amit Gupta, vice-chairman, who expressed gratitude to the faculty, guests and members for their active involvement in making the seminar a success.
The event was monitored by Jatin Malhotra and also witnessed the presence of other branch committee members including Sanchit Aggarwal, Ayush Mahajan, Ayush Sawhney, Sangam Aggarwal and Yogesh Kumar Goyal.
The seminar concluded with an engaging Q&A session, leaving members with practical takeaways on financial reporting, RERA compliances and ESIC/EPFO frameworks, thereby enriching their professional competencies.
