JAMMU, Feb 26: The J&K branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) here in association with ‘AI in ICAI’ successfully organized a 3-day workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in which 56 Chartered Accountants (CAs) from across Jammu took part to explore the latest trends and applications of AI in accounting and finance sector.
The participating CAs were from different age groups and their joining the workshop reflected the widespread interest in embracing emerging technologies.
The workshop featured insightful sessions by renowned experts like Tarun Manchanda who conducted a session on fundamentals of AI and its applications in accounting.
Harpreet Singh shared his expertise on AI-powered tools and techniques for data analysis and visualization.
Sourabh Maheshwari provided valuable insights on the future of AI in accounting and finance, highlighting how CAs can leverage AI to enhance their professional services.
Speaking on the occasion, CA Vineet Kohli, Chairman of ICAI Jammu, emphasized the need for CAs to stay abreast of emerging technologies like AI, which are transforming the accounting and finance landscape.
“The workshop was a resounding success and we are delighted to have provided our members with a platform to learn and up-skill in AI,” said CA Sourav Pargal, Vice Chairman ICAI Jammu.
