JAMMU, Dec 8: Mohammad Haris Mir, an IAS officer of the 2024 batch hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, has been placed in the AGMUT cadre, according to an official information.
The cadre allocation allows Mir to serve across various States/Union Territories and also return to Jammu and Kashmir during his career, providing him avenues to work closely for the people of his native region.
