Sir,
I would like to request Dr Jitendra Singh MoS (Independent Charge), Personnel, Public Grievances, Pensions, Atomic Energy, Space and MoS PMO to impress upon Jamia Millia Islamia University Delhi to open free IAS coaching centre at Jammu also in addition to one sanctioned for Kashmir.
As per press release issued by Prof Mukesh Ranjan, the said University is opening free IAS-2016 coaching centre for the students of Kashmir valley w.e.f Mid September-2015. It is submitted that the students of Jammu Division also face same problems which are being faced by the students of Kashmir. The students of Jammu cannot go and study in Kashmir due to the reasons known to everybody. Whereas Jammu is peaceful station for any such activity.So the Minister is requested to use his good office for opening free IAS coaching centre at Jammu for the benefit of poor students of this division also. The students of Jammu cannot go for expensive coaching at Delhi so usually they remain away from this top civil service.
