I will contest not from Bihar, but for Bihar: Chirag

RAJGIR, June 29: Union Minister and National President of Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) Chirag Paswan on Sunday said that “he will contest not from Bihar, but for Bihar” in the upcoming assembly elections in the state.
While addressing the Bahujan Bheem Sankalp Samagam held in Rajgir of Nalanda district, Chirag who is partner of NDA alliance but had contested the last assembly elections of Bihar in 2020 all alone, clarified that he would contest under the alliance in the upcoming elections
Reiterating his commitment to the vision of “Bihar First, Bihari First” Paswan stressed that his party’s goal was to bring the state into the developed state category, a place from where no one would want to migrate, which offers quality education and healthcare.
Taking a dig at the opposition, he mocked RJD leader Tejaswi Prasad Yadav’s statement requesting the people to vote him the power and he will bring about significant changes in 20 months
“In those 20 months, Tejaswi Yadav should also return the lands he received in exchange for jobs” he said.
Paswan also assured that as long as LJP (Ram Vilas) exists, there will be no end to reservations and no tampering with the Constitution.
