‘I bow at Goddess Vaishno Devi’s feet’

KATRA, June 6:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi today started his speech in Dogri during his address to a massive rally at Katra.
Earlier also during his visits to Jammu, Modi starts address in Dogri.

He first recited Aum for few seconds and then said: “Mata Vaishno Devi Dey Charne Ch Matha Tekna. Jai Mata Di (I bow in the feet of Goddess Vaishno Devi)”.
Modi also made a mention of Dogra warrior Veer Zorawar Singh.
“I salute the land of Zorawar Singh,” the Prime Minister said.
Before ending his around 45-minute speech, Modi again referred to Goddess Vaishno Devi saying with the blessings of Maa, Viksit Bharat’s sankalp (pledge) will be achieved.
At the end, Modi and crowd chanted Bharat Mata Ki Jai five times.
