POONCH, Aug 25: Two persons were injured in an accident in Madana area in Poonch this evening.
Official sources said that an Alto car bearing registration number JK12A9229 hit Motorcycle bearing registration number JK12 4293 at Madana in which husband and wife travelling on motorcycle were critically injured, both were taken to District Hospital Poonch.
Injured were identified as Sanjeev Sharma and Preeti Sharma resident of Purani Poonch.
Medical Superintendent DH Poonch Dr Zulfiqar Ali said that both injured were having multiple fractures and after initially treatment they were referred to GMC Jammu.
Station House Officer Surankote said that Police have taken the cognizance of the matter.
