JAMMU, June 7: The annual Shri Hudh Mata Trisandhiya Yatra will start from June 27, 2025 from Dharala Nagri in Kathua.
This was informed by Jagdish Raj Thakur, president Shri Hudh Mata Trisandhiya Yatra Sub-Committee while addressing a press conference here today.
He further said that after leaving Kathua, the Yatra will stay at Belicharana in Jammu, Sarkoot in Kishtwar, Sounder in Dachhan, Dilgooth in Dachhan and will finally reach Kaikooth on July 3, 2025.
Thakur said that the pilgrims will perform a Hawan at Hudh Mata Darbar on July 3, 2025 after which they will proceed towards Trisandhiya Mata (Nadi), Doodh Ganga and Braham Sarovar to have a holy dip in the pious waters and to have Darshan of famous Brahma peak.
“The pilgrims may return the same day for staying at Kaikooth,” Thakur maintained adding that the Yatra will start returning from July 4, 2025 at 7 am.
He demanded proper facilities for the successful pilgrimage and his demands included helicopter service for the pilgrims from Kishtwar, repair of all the vital roads associated with the Yatra, proper medical facilities for the pilgrims, proper security, tent facilities for accommodation of the pilgrims etc.
