SRINAGAR: A delegation of Harijan Sevak Sangh (HSS) of Gandhi Fraternity met the Minister for Education, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari here today.
The delegation led by its President Sankar Kumar Sanyal briefed the Minister about their humanitarian and peace building efforts.
It was said that HSS delegation aims to build people to people contact for unification among all diverse communities to achieve the goal of Mahatma Gandhi for peace, progress and development of the nation.
The Minister appreciated the initiative of delegation for holding a dialogue with the people and spreading message of peace and harmony.
