RAMBAN, Oct 31: A residential house gutted in fire at Dhanmasta area, falling under the jurisdiction of Ramsoo police station.
As per police sources, fire broke out in dumped dry grass in Dhanmasta area, which later engulfed the nearby residential house, owned by Rajinder, son of Jagat Ram.
Due to bad road connectivity, the fire tenders could not reach the spot. The police personnel and locals doused the flames, but the house comprising of house-hold items, clothes, bedding, furniture, etc got completely damaged in fire. The fire broke out probably due to crackers.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
Ramsoo police has taken cognizance in this regard.
