JAMMU, Feb 29: Home for the Aged and Infirm here today has invited senior citizens for joining the ‘Day Care Senior Citizen Centre/Club’.
A handout stated that the Club will have timings from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with facilities of audio and visual recreations and indoor games.
Reading facilities with well equipped library, newspapers, magazines and books of choices; cultural, religious activities and spiritual discourses; celebration of national and international, religious festivals from time to time; picnics/tours; small temples housing various deities for paying obeisance and daily Satsang followed by Aarti and Pooja.
More facilities will include fully equipped physiotherapy care centre, first aid with requisite medicines and serving of light refreshment during the stay.
The organizers have stated that the willing senior citizens should get themselves registered as early as possible so that proper facilities can be made for their comfort.
