Rohtak Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Krishna Kumar Rao told media persons that Sachin – a resident of Jhajjar town – has been arrested. The suspect ran a mobile phone shop.
Himani’s body was found in a suitcase near Sampla bus stand in Rohtak district on Saturday.
