JAMMU, June 13: A Health Care Centre comprising clinical laboratory, physiotherapy centre and a dental cell has been inaugurated here today at Gurdwara Tapo Asthan Sant Baba Sunder Singh Ji in Akhnoor.
A handout stated that this initiative has been launched under the patronage of Dr. S.P Singh Oberoi, a world renowned philanthropist and Founder and Managing Trustee of Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust.
The Health Care Centre will provide subsidized diagnostic lab services, physiotherapy treatments and dental care to the general public particularly underprivileged section of the society.
Dr. S.P Singh Oberoi during his visit also announced to provide ambulance and ultra sound facilities at subsidized rate at Gurdwara Tapo Asthan Sant Baba Sunder Singh Ji in Akhnoor as a welfare measure for all the communities.
On this occasion Shaheedi Parav of Shri Guru Arjun Dev Ji Maharaj was also celebrated.
