Pakistani-American LeT terrorist David Headley has been given a lighter sentence keeping the nature of his crime in mind.
The families of those killed in Mumbai 26/11 incidents have expressed their dismay over the judgement and have termed it as an insult to those killed in the attack. Some are baffled over the attitude of the prosecutors who did not seek life sentence for Headley. Besides, the decision of the court not to extradite him to India has given a severe set back to fight against terrorism.
