JAMMU, July 31: State High Court today stayed the transfer order of Master Ashok Kumar Parihar made at the behest of MLA Inderwal.
The petitioner challenged his transfer order on the ground that seven months back Director Education transferred him at the present place of posting and now the Chief Education Officer Kishtwar has transferred him at the behest of MLA Inderwal.
After hearing counsel for the petitioner, Justice J P Singh issued notice to respondents and in the meanwhile stayed the transfer order issued by Chief Education Officer Kishtwar on July 23, 2012, which is indicated to have been passed at the behest of MLA Inderwal.
