JAMMU, Sept 4: The State High Court has stayed the placement of Satish Kumar Razdan as incharge Chief Engineer R&B Srinagar.
While disposing off a writ petition filed by Suresh Mohan Trisal, HC issued notices to Commissioner Secretary to Government (Public Works) R&B Department and Satish Kumar Radon I/C Chief Engineer. In the meanwhile, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal said that Razdan shall cease to be the incharge Chief Engineer forthwith and his placement as Chief Engineer is stayed.
