JAMMU, Apr 2: In a petition filed by Bench Secretaries of Judges of High Court seeking direction for framings of their services rules, enhancements of salaries as per the resolution of the Apex Court adopted in the Chief Justices Conference in the year 2002 including grant of benefit of SRO 386 and creation of few additional posts, Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir today issued notices to Commissioner Secretary Law and Commissioner Secretary Finance for filing response within two weeks.
