HC assigns additional charge of several vacant courts

JAMMU, Nov 27: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has assigned charge of vacant courts/posts of the level of Civil Judges (Senior Division) and Civil Judges (Junior Division) to the Judicial Officers.
According to the order, the vacant post of Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Budgam has now been placed under the additional charge of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Srinagar.
The court of the Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Ganderbal will now be looked after by the Munsiff, Ganderbal, while the court of Munsiff, Budhal will be held additionally by the Munsiff, Kotranka. The court of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Ramban has been placed under the additional charge of the Munsiff, Ramban and the court of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Billawar has been assigned to the Munsiff, Billawar.
The court of the Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Doda will now be under the charge of the District Mobile Magistrate (Traffic) North, Doda. The court of Munsiff, Nobra has been assigned to the Munsiff, Khaltsi and the same officer Munsiff, Khaltsi will also hold the additional charge of the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), Leh.
Meanwhile, the post of Principal Magistrate, JJB, Kargil has been placed under the additional charge of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Kargil. The court of the Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Pahalgam will now be held by the Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Aishmuqam, whereas the court of Munsiff, Gandoh (Bhalessa) has been given under the additional charge of the Munsiff, Thathri.
Similarly, the court of Munsiff, Tangdhar will be additionally held by the Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Kralpora. Lastly, the court of the Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Drass has been assigned to the Munsiff, Sankoo.
