JAMMU, Apr 8: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh (Chief Justice’s Secretariat) has accepted the request for voluntary retirement of Vikrant Gupta, Head Assistant Subordinate Judiciary on the deputation in High Court of J&K and Ladakh, Jammu.
An order to this effect was issued by MK Sharma, Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the voluntary retirement of Vikrant Gupta, Head Assistant, Subordinate Judiciary on deputation in the High Court of J&K and Ladakh, Jammu in term of Article 230 (i) of J&K Civil Services Regulation Volume-1,” the order read.
