JAMMU, Sept 30: On the third day of the scholarship distribution bonanza, Harbans Bhalla Educational Trust (HBET), distributed scholarships to 83 students worth Rs 64,000.
The beneficiaries students were from Jerda, Gurah Brahmana, Gurah Slathia, Gajansoo, Hira chack, Qazi Tokarian, Kana Chack, etc.
During the scholarship distribution function, medical checkup, counseling and evaluation tests were also organized for the students.
The scholarship cheques were distributed among the children and their mentors by Lalit Kitroo, Madhu Kitroo and Aditya Kitroo, who were guests of honour on the occasion.
While speaking, they appreciated the initiatives of the trust and also lauded the all-round support given to the children including medical, psychological, financial and material.
