JAMMU, Oct 2: RS Pura police arrested habitual illicit liquor smuggler.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from RS Pura police station arrested a person, who was selling illicit liquor pouches in Banote area. 14 illicit liquor pouches were recovered from the possession of the accused.
The accused has been identified as Arjun Singh, son of Babu Ram, a resident of Banota. The person is habitual liquor smuggler.
A case under FIR Number 151/16 has been registered against him at RS Pura police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO RS Pura Inspector Bhushan Manhas made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
