JAMMU, Feb 15: A Mahan Gurmat Samagam was organized today with spiritual fervour at Gurudwara Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji under the divine patronage of Sant Tejwant Singh, head Dera Santpura Danna, Nanak Nagar, in the memory of Sant Gurbaksh Singh.
The annual congregation was conducted with profound devotion and spiritual fervour in adherence to Sikh tradations, to propagate the divine Vani of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
The Sangat was spiritually enriched through soul stirring Gurbani Kirtan by eminent Raagi Jathas and spiritual scholars from Jammu & Kashmir and Amritsar.
Gurbani Kirtan was performed by Bhai Baldev Singh, Hazuri Ragi, Sri Darbar Sahab; Bhai Jagtar Singh, Bhai Daljit Singh and Bhai Kuldeep Singh (Srinagar wale); Taranjit Singh Parminder Singh.
The Parcharaks Included- Bhai Gurmit Singh, Bhai Ba!want Singh, Bhai Harpinder Singh, Incharge Parchar Mission, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and Kulwant Singh Missionary.
Manjit Singh, Administrator, presented a comprehensive report on the activities of Santpura Danna Charitable Trust and SGSD International School, Domana. Baldev Singh, CEO of Peaks and Trustee of Santpura Dana Charitable Trust, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the management, Principal, and staff for maintaining the high standards of the school.
He also appreciated the management for successfully running the Gurmat Vidyala and for their dedicated efforts in promoting Sikh principles and values.
The Samagam was graced by Maninderieet Singh (Mannu) from Australia; Jeet Singh from Holland; Jagjeet Singh, Vice Pradhan Santpura Danna; Baldev Singh, CEO Peaks; Pararnjeet Singh. DGPC Baramulla; Ranbir Singh, Joint Secretary DGPC Jammu, Jagpal Singh, Cashier DGPC Jammu, Charanjeet Singh Khalsa, Ex-MLC; Ranjot Singh Nalwa; Jarnail Singh; Amreek Sing, Parminder Singh from Sri Ganganagar; along with Manjit Singh, TP Singh, Tejinder Singh and others.
Devotees from Rajasthan, Delhi, Patiala, Srinagar, Kanpur, and various parts of Jammu province participated with deep reverence and enthusiasm, seeking the divine blessings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
