JAMMU, Dec 16: Amidst chanting of vedic hymns and other religious rituals, KK Gupta, Judge (Retd.) and patron of the Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust, Jammu released the Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust’s 26th Edition of Panchang Calendar-2025 at “Sankat Mochan Panch Mukhi Shree Hanuman Mandir” complex of the Trust at B.C. Road, Jammu.
Gupta extended his congratulations to Pawan Kumar Shastri, President of the Trust and his team of Trustees for timely publication of Panchang Calendar-2025 of the Trust. During release of Panchang, Shastri, emphasized the cultural and spiritual significance of the Panchang, acknowledging its role in providing complete informations about religious rituals, auspicious occasions and upcoming festivals in the year. He further said that this publication becomes a valuable resource for the community, offering a guide to navigate through significant cultural and religious events throughout the year.
He further said as the Panchang for the year-2025 becomes available, it not only serves as guide for religious and cultural events, but also marks in preserving and promoting the rich heritage of the region as well.
Shastri said that it was a matter of great pride/pleasure for the Trust that on this auspicious occasion of “Paush Sankranti/Margashirsha Purnima Paravs”, Trust has also inducted Lila Karan Sharma (Senior Advocate) Trustee on the Board of the Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust.
Padma Shri (Prof.) Vishwa Murti Shastri, (Prof/Director), Shree Dhar Mishra of Central Sanskrit University, Kot Bhalwal, Jammu, Pawan Kumar Shastri, President Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust, Gurdas Sharma, General Secretary/Treasurer, Raj Kumar Gupta, Koshal Kumar & Lila Karan Sharma , Trustees besides Sain Dass Sharma, N.C.
