Gul reviews emergency preparedness at Noorbagh Hospital

SRINAGAR, May 9: In view of the ongoing Indo-Pak tensions, MLA Eidgah, Haji Mubarak Gul, today visited Noorbagh Hospital to review the emergency preparedness.
The MLA was accompanied by Zonal Medical Officer, Shaheed Gunj, Constituency Coordinator, Yunis Mubarak Gul and NC functionaries.
During visit, the MLA conducted a detailed inspection of hospital’s infrastructure, availability of critical supplies and the readiness of medical teams and support staff.
Gul expressed satisfaction over the arrangements in the hospital and appreciated the dedication of medical personnel operating under challenging conditions.
He noted that additional beds and emergency provisions have been secured to meet any sudden patient influx.
To further augment emergency response capacity, Gul announced that volunteers from his social voluntary organization, the J&K Rural Development Society, have been mobilized across all districts.
“A network of voluntary blood donors has been activated and placed on standby to ensure timely support,” the MLA maintained urging NC workers and society volunteers to stay alert and coordinate closely with local healthcare units to provide logistical support, patient care and any other assistance.
“Noorbagh Hospital is well-prepared and we are committed to continually strengthen our response systems to protect our people,” he said.
