JAMMU, Sept 19: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu district, has hailed the decisions taken by Modi Government and appreciated the new reforms, highlighting how they will provide long-term benefits to the people of Jammu and Kashmir as well as the nation at large.
Addressing a press conference BJP district president, Rajesh Gupta here today stated that these reforms not only simplify taxation but also pave the way for inclusive growth, ensuring that farmers, traders, women, and small businesses all benefit equally. He further added that the BJP Government under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is committed to strengthening the economy and empowering every section of society.

CA. Deepak Kapahi explained in detail the transformative benefits of the Next-Gen GST Reforms, emphasizing how the reforms are designed to provide relief to citizens, boost economic activity, and simplify compliance. The main highlights of his address included
reduction in Tax burden, GST rates have been significantly slashed, with cuts in 99% of goods in the 12% bracket and 90% in the 28% bracket, thereby bringing major relief to households and the middle class, boost to consumption with lower tax rates, domestic consumption is expected to rise by nearly Rs. 2 lakh crore, strengthening India’s economy from the grassroots level.
