JAMMU, July 24: To work out the modalities to settle the Human Resource issues and for determination of Assets and Liabilities of Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation Limited, Government has constituted two separate committees.
The Committee on Human Resource issues shall examine all the issues related to human resources, including inborn employees of the corporation and employees on deputation from other departments and other administrative issue.
Headed by Secretary, Planning, development & Monitoring Department, the committee shall submit its recommendations within a period of 15 days.
MD JKPCC Ltd; DG Codes, Finance Department; Add Secy GAD, representative from the Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs and DGM (Administration), JKPCC Ltd are members of the committee while Addl Secy PW(R&B) Department is the member secretary.
Similarly, the Committee on Determination of Assets and Liabilities of the Corporation, headed by Principal Secretary, Finance Department, shall examine all the issues related to Assets and Liabilities of the Corporation as per its books of accounts upto July 31, 2023 and work out the modalities for transfer of contracts of ongoing works to PW(R&B) Department for further execution.
The committee shall submit its recommendations by 10th of August, 2023. MD JKPCC Ltd; Director Finance PW(R&B) Department; DG Codes, Finance Department; representative from Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs and Financial Controller, JKPCC Ltd are the members of this committee.
