JAMMU, Mar 11: Jammu and Kashmir Government has reconstituted the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee.
According to a fresh Government order, issued in partial modification of Government Order Number 95-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated January 20, 2026, the Committee will be headed by Atal Dulloo (Chief Secretary, J&K), who will serve as Chairman.
The members of the committee include Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department; Ashwani Kumar, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Power Development Department; Shailendra Kumar, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Finance Department; and M Raju, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department.
Achal Sethi, Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, will function as the Member Secretary of the committee. The order further states that the Administrative Secretary of the Department concerned will be co-opted as a Special Invitee in cases pertaining to their respective departments.
The Government has also clarified that the terms of reference and the procedure to be followed by the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee will remain the same as laid down in Government Order Number 1488-GAD of 2011 dated December 26, 2011.
