JAMMU, Jan 21: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has reconstituted the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee (ESC).

As per an order issued by the General Administration Department, the committee will be chaired by the Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, with Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Tourism Department Ashish Vaidya, Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, Dr Santosh D Vaidya, and Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Achal Sethi as Members and M Raju, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department as Member Secretary.
The Administrative Secretary of the department to which the case pertains shall be co-opted as a Special Invitee, the order said.
It said the terms of reference of the committee and the procedure to be adopted by it, while making the selection for the posts within its purview shall remain the same as contained in Government order number 1488-GAD of 2011 dated December 26, 2011.
