JAMMU, Jan 12: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has re-designated four senior IAS officers after their recent promotions to the senior administrative grades by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

As per an order issued by the General Administration Department, Sanjeev Verma, the 2001 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer has been designated as Principal Secretary to the Government, Election Department and Prasanna Ramaswamy G, the 2010 batch batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer has been designated as Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department.
Similarly, Ram Niwas Sharma, the 2010 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer has been designated as Commissioner Secretary to the Government, School Education Department and Avny Lavasa, the 2013 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer has been designated as Secretary to the Government, Transport Department.
