JAMMU, July 1: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today re-constituted the Board of Directors of the Jammu and Kashmir Horticulture Produce Marketing & Processing Corporation Limited.
As per the order in this regard, Minister for Agriculture Production Department is Chairman of the Board while Administrative Secretaries of Agriculture, Finance, Forest and Transport Departments, MD NHB, Director Horticulture (P&M), J&K, Director Horticulture Jammu/Kashmir, MD JKHPMC Ltd, Dr Jyoti Kachroo from SKUAST Jammu are the Directors.
Director Finance, APD will head the Audit Committee of BoDs as Independent Director while Dr Haroon Raheed Naik, Head Division of Food Technology, SKUAST Kashmir shall be a Special Invitee on the Board.
