JAMMU, Nov 6: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today accorded sanction to the constitution of committee for analyzing , authenticating and finalizing the draft material/content/videos/learning courses for J&K Youth Skill and Youth Entrepreneurship Mobile Application.
Headed by the Administrative Secretary, Labour & Employment Department, the committee shall analyze the overall implications of the proposal. It shall monitor the progress and authenticate the draft material which will be made available on the J&K Youth Skill and Youth Entrepreneurship Mobile Application.
The committee shall identity the priority modules viz Skill Development, Job Opportunities, Entrepreneurship, Government Schemes and Feedback and Survey besides analyzing information/material pertaining to different employment schemes of various departments, credit linkage (integration) with Banks, DPR Repository, NOCs through single window, AI based DPR generator, and videos on success stories and texture content.
Further, the committee shall ensure providing access on the Mobile Application to details pertaining to various employment schemes, credit linkage information, and information relating to entrepreneurship/employment schemes of various departments. It shall ensure that the application displays notifications pertaining to government jobs issued by the recruiting agencies.
Mission Director, Skill Development Mission is Member Secretary of the 14-Member committee, which comprises Director General, Economics & Statistics, J&K; Director Employment, J&K; Director Skill Development, J&K; Managing Director, NRLM, J&K; director School Education, Jammu /Kashmir; director Industries and Commerce, Jammu/Kashmir; director entrepreneurship development Institute, J&K; Director Colleges, J&K and representatives of IIM/IIT/SKUAST/JU/KU among others as the Members.
