JAMMU, July 25: The State Government has constituted a committee to examine the issues related to Hotel Ashok Jammu, whose lease has expired.
The Committee, headed by Administrative Secretary, Finance Department, shall finalize the modalities of resuming the land and structures raised by Hotel Ashok (India Tourism Development Corporation) at Jammu Khas and advise the State Government on optimal/best possible utilization of the land etc after its taking by the State.
Comprising Administrative Secretary, Tourism department and Administrative Secretary Revenue Department as its Members, the committee shall submit its report within a period of eight days.
