KISHTWAR, Dec 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed Sushil Kumar, incharge Chief Engineer, PW(R&B) Department, Zone North Kashmir, as the Inquiry Officer to investigate delays in the completion of various road projects and the bridge(s) over the Chenab River in District Kishtwar.

As per an order, the inquiry officer will focus on projects under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) Stage-II, including the Kandni to Ohli Road Part-II.
Further, he has been tasked with identifying all engineers, officers, and contractors responsible for the delays and submitting a detailed report within 21 days of the order’s issuance.
