JAMMU, Oct 28: The Home Department has ordered an inquiry into the charges framed against Daljeet Singh, DySP CID Udhampur during his posting as DySP IRP 11th battalion.
Yogender Koul, IGP IRP has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer, an official order issued by the Principal Secretary, Home Department, RK Goyal said.
It said Javed Khwaja, Chief Prosecuting Officer, will be the Presenting Officer in the case.
Koul has been asked to complete the inquiry within 60 days and submit report to the Home Department.
