JAMMU, Oct 3: Government of Jammu and Kashmir has constituted a Steering Committee for the creation of the Integrated Digital Financial Management System (IDFMS) for its Finance Department to streamline the overall financial data.
The Steering Committee, headed by Director General Resources, Finance Department, has been mandated for implementation of the Integrated Digital Financial Management System (IDFMS) in a time bound manner vis-à-vis the best practices followed across States/UTs. Further, the committee will draft and issue Expression of Interest (EoI) and Request for Proposal).
Director Resources, Addl Secretary, Joint Director Codes, Deputy Director Resources, Deputy Director Budget and Accounts Officer Resources in the Finance Department are members of the committee besides a representative of DGAT.
Jaswinder Pal Singh, Deputy Director Resources will be nodal officer for the implementation of the IDFMS.
