JAMMU, Jan 15: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted a Contract Committee for finalisation of the contract for construction of the new District Court Complex at Sarnal in Anantnag District.
As per an order, the panel would be chaired by Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, with representative from Finance Department, Secretary Technical (Engineer in Chief) PW(R&B) Department, Chief Engineer PW(R&B) Department, South Kashmir, Chief Engineer of Inspections, Quality Control and Design, Chief Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Department (MED), Director Finance, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, representative from Industries & Commerce Department not below the rank of Additional Secretary and Assistant Director (Planning), Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Department, as its Members.
