JAMMU, May 23: Government today constituted a committee, headed by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, for handing over of Centaur Lake View Hotel, Srinagar to the concessionaire (Lago Vue Srinagar Private Limited) in a time bound manner.
The Government also ordered that Revenue, PWD, Department of Culture, Directorate of Horticulture Kashmir, Jal Shakti Department Kashmir, KPDCL, J&K Lake conservation and Management Authority, SMC, SKICC, royal Springs Golf and Forest Department shall undertake a survey and prepare an inventory of items to be removed by the Government of J&K/JKTDC, prior to handing over the property to the concessionaire.
The Tourism Department shall be responsible for overall oversight, inter-departmental coordination, and monitoring of the handover process to ensure transparency, accountability and timely completion in accordance with the concession agreement.
