JAMMU, Mar 19: Jammu and Kashmir Government has extended the deadline for Government employees to submit their 4th Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) on the Employees Performance Monitoring System (EPMS).
Initially due in the first week of January 2025, the deadline has now been pushed to March 25, 2025, following multiple requests from employees unable to meet the original timeline.
Subsequently, the timeline for review by reporting and controlling officers has been extended until March 31, 2025. The Government has directed all administrative departments to ensure regular monitoring of report submissions.
The extension of deadline aims to facilitate employees in completing their self-assessments while maintaining transparency and efficiency in the performance evaluation process.
