GOOL, Apr 17: Minister of State for Revenue and Relief, Aijaz Ahmed Khan today said that all possible efforts will be made to ensure overall development of every nook and corner of the State.
The Minister was addressing several public meetings at Bolni and Mahakund of Gool block in Ramban district. “A number of roads and other development projects initiated during the last four years have mostly been completed and others are in progress. Even a large number of schools were opened as well as upgraded in area”.
The Minister announced seven room additional accommodations for Higher Secondary School Tetharka under RMSA and BRGF, Health Sub Center for Bolni, Animal Husbandry Centre for Tetharka, sanctioned Rs 12.62 lakh for electrification of uncovered areas and Rs 62 lakhs plan under MGNREGA besides 10 more Anganwari centres for the area.
Earlier, various deputations called on the Minister at Dharamkund, Haroog, Shelkund, Sangaldan and Gambhiri and apprised him of demands and problems.
Mr Aijaz assured the people that their genuine demands would be fulfilled in a time bound manner. He also took serious note of delay in construction of school buildings under various schemes in the area and asked the DDC to take strict action against those people who are responsible for the delay in constructions.
Responding to the demands, Mr Aijaz directed the CEO to ensure teaching staff in Higher Secondary School Sangaldan and other adjoining schools of the area on academic arrangement basis.
