JAMMU, July 15: Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs today ordered distribution of criminal work among the Law Officers in the Jammu Wing of High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
According to an order in this regard, Senior Additional Advocate General, Ramesh Arora has been allotted Rajouri, Kishtwar and Poonch districts.
Ravinder Gupta, Additional Advocate General has been allocated Kathua district while AAG Amit Gupta has been allocated Jammu and Samba districts.
Dy AG Rajesh Thapa has been allocated Reasi district and he shall also conduct the cases of Poonch and Kishtwar till Ramesh Arora resumes his duties.
Dy AG Pawan Dev Singh has been allocated Ramban district and he shall also conduct the cases of Rajouri district till Ramesh Arora resumes his duties.
They shall conduct the cases involving punishment of more than 10 years.
According to a separate order for distribution of work involving punishment upto 10 years, Dy AG Pawan Dev Singh and Vishal Bharti have been allocated Jammu and Samba districts, respectively.
Government Advocate Sunil Malhotra and Adarsh Bhagat have been allocated Kathua and Doda districts, respectively while Eishaan Didhichi has been allocated Ramban and Poonch districts.
Bhanu Jasrotia and Mohd Irfan Inqlabi have been allocated Rajouri and Kishtwar districts while Sumit Bhatia has been allocated Reasi and Udhampur districts.
