JAMMU, Jan 20: The Government today constituted a High Level Committee (HLC) for monitoring Departmental Promotion Committees (DPCs) across all departments in the J&K UT.
The Committee was constituted under Shantmanu, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Higher Education Department, who was appointed as the Chairman of Committee.

While, Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Jal Shakti Department, Santosh D Vaidya, Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, M Raju, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department and Achal Sethi, Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Department were appointed as the members of HLC.
