JAMMU, Feb 26: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has appointed an Inquiry Officer to probe allegations of misconduct against Kamal Jeet, Headmaster of HS Sungal and then Headmaster of Government High School Sungal, Akhnoor.
As per a Government order, Gurdev Kumar, Joint Director, School Education, Jammu/Samba/Kathua Range, has been nominated to conduct the inquiry into the charges levelled against the officer.
The order further states that the Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer, Directorate of School Education Jammu, shall act as the Presenting Officer in the case.
The Inquiry Officer has been directed to submit a detailed report along with recommendations within 15 days from the date of issuance of the order.
