SRINAGAR, June 14: Two girls drowned in a well at Tral, one of them died on spot and another was rescued by police and locals of the area.
A police spokesman said Mehvish daughter of Showkat Ahmad and Azrah daughter of Mohammad Ibrahim Dar of Kharpora Tral fell in a well at Kharpora.
Mehvish died on the spot, while Azrah was rescued by locals and was shifted to Sub District Hospital Tral for treatment, the spokesman said.
