RAJOURI, Jan 15: In a heart-wrenching incident, a 5-year-old girl, Shabnam Kouser, daughter of Mohd Shafi, a resident of Shahdara Sharief, lost her life following a stray dog attack.
The child was rushed to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) Thanna Mandi for medical attention.
The attending medical team, led by Dr Ghulam Ahmed, declared her brought dead upon arrival.
This incident highlights the increasing threat posed by stray animals in the area, raising urgent concerns about public safety. Local residents have called for immediate action to address the issue of stray dog management to prevent such tragedies in the future.
