RAJOURI, July 28: A young girl committed suicide by hanging at her residence in Budhal area of district Rajouri today.
The deceased has been identified as Bimla Devi (20), daughter of Bhag Mal resident of Dandote village. The family members found her body hanging from ceiling fan hook. The family members said that the girl took dinner during night and went to sleep in the room.
Later, they informed police and the police party from Budhal shifted it for postmortem and latert handed over to the family for last rite. The cause behind this extgreme step is being investigated, the police said.
