SAMBA, Dec 18: Senior BJP leader and MLA Vijaypur, Chander Parkash Ganga kick started black toping of link road to village Khara of Khara Madana at a cost of about Rs 11 lakh.
On this occasion, MLA instructed the construction agency to complete the work in a stipulated time with quality. MLA Ganga said that it is very important to strengthen the road connectivity for the overall development of the region.
The construction of the road will facilitate the movement of the villagers and will further strengthen the pace of development of the region, he added.
The local inhabitants of village Khara expressed gratitude to the MLA when the road construction work was started and said that the road condition was bad for a long time, which was causing traffic problems. The completion of this work will bring great relief to the villagers, they added.
