SAMBA, Sept 10: BJP MLA, Vijaypur Chander Parkash Ganga distributed ration to flood-affected families in a continuation of his drive to serve the people hit by natural calamity.
Chander Parkash Ganga along with DDC Member, Avtar Singh in a second round of relief distribution today provided ration kits to families affected by the recent floods of village Keuli, Jaswal, Karnal Mandal, Rajooli at Village Mandal, Panchyat Katwalta, block Purmandal.
Addressing the people, the MLA expressed deep concern over the hardships faced by residents due to the natural calamity and assured them of continuous support. Essential items including rice, wheat, pulses, oil, and other necessities were distributed among the affected households. He further stated that the Central Government and the BJP organization are committed to ensuring timely relief and rehabilitation for all flood-affected families.
The MLA also urged people to stay strong during this difficult period and highlighted that more relief measures are underway. The initiative brought much-needed relief to several families who appreciated the efforts and thanked the MLA for standing by them in their time of need. Others present were BJP senior leader, Jai Ram Sharma, Sarpanch Joginder Sharma, BJYM block president, Vicky Panotra, BJP workers, Hem Raj, Rattan Pal, Parkash Kumar, Sanjay Manyal, Bashir Ahmed etc.
