JAMMU, July 12: Chief patron of National Panthers Party, Prof Bhim Singh has appointed Gagan Partap Singh as spokesman and coordinator of the Young Panthers.
The appointment of Mr Singh was made in consultation with the president of Young Panthers Sayed Rafiq Shah (MLC). He is a scholar and son of the founder member of the party late Karan Dev Singh, who was also jailed with Bhim Singh on several occasions during struggle against the misrule in the State.
