JAMMU, Aug 2: Board Member, National Traders Welfare Board (NTWB) and National president, Federation of Trade and Industry of India (FTII), Dr. Sanjay Bansal today met Union MoS for Finance, Pankaj Chaudhary.
During meeting, discussions were held on New Central Sector Scheme (NCSS) and the evolving industrial policy aimed at fostering inclusive economic growth and strengthening India’s position as a global manufacturing and trade hub.
Dr. Bansal highlighted the opportunities that NCSS presents for enhancing industrial competitiveness, supporting MSMEs and driving investments in emerging sectors.
He also shared suggestions from the trade and industry community for simplifying compliance processes, improving ease of doing business and ensuring wider access to Government incentives.
The Minister carefully listened to the concerns and recommendations and lauded the proactive role of FTII in representing industry stakeholders.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to continued collaboration for successful implementation of NCSS and policies that enable sustainable growth, job creation and long-term industrial development in J&K.
